Bingley Gig For Chantel McGregor
Award winning guitarist and singer-songwriter Chantel McGregor will continue her tour in 2016, when she will be perform songs from her latest album Lose Control.
A female guitar prodigy, Chantel enrolled at Leeds College of Music and became the first student in the college history to achieve a 100% pass mark, with 18 distinctions.
Chantel, who performs her blues-rock music, released her debut album Like no Other in 2011, the album was produced by Livingstone Brown whose has also produced credits for Ed Sheeran, Robin Trower, Tina Turner, and Shakira.
The current tour will take in the following venues Sedgefield Rock & Blues Club (15th January), Dorkings Hall (5th February), Norwich Waterfront (6th February), Harpenden Public Hall (12th February) and Bingley Arts Centre (13th February).
The latest album Lost Control was released on the 9th October 2015, on her independent boutique label Tis Rock Music. The ten new songs that not only salutes contemporary rock, but shows her gradual transition from conventional blues to a harder, bigger and bolder rock sound.
The album features the following tracks (1) Take the Power, (2) Your Fever, (3) Burn YourAnger, (4) Anaesthetize, (5) True Detective, (6) Lose Control, (7) Home, (8) Killing Time, (9) Eternal Dream, (10) Walk On Land.
