Chesterfield Sign Gary Liddle
Bradford City have this afternoon confirmed that midfielder Gary Liddle has left the Coral Windows Stadium to join fellow Sky Bet League one side Chesterfield, Liddle has signed a long-term deal at the Proact Stadium for an undisclosed fee.
Liddle who has made twenty-six appearances for Phil Parkinson’s men this season scoring three goals, he joined the Bantams in back in June 2014 and Liddle made seventy-six appearances in total for the Bantams.
Speaking about the move to Chesterfield Gary Liddle said, “I’m delighted to get it all sorted, the chance to work with the manager again really appealed to me.
The manager was a major factor in my decision to sign because Danny is one of the best managers I’ve worked for. I know Ritchie Humphreys as well and he’s told me about the club. I’m predominantly a midfielder but I can play at centre-back as well.”
