Michael Keane Wanted buy Everton
According to some national newspapers Everton manager Ronald Koeman is making Burnley’s Michael Keane his Number one transfer target this summer. The Dutchman is ready to offer a reported to £28 million pound for the Clarets defender.
Keane is also subject to interest from his former side as well as Chelsea with Antonio Conte an admirer of the center-half and while Sean Dyche is reluctant to lose one of his key players, a move away from Turf Moor seems likely with the bids set to ramp up in the summer.
Koeman currently relies on Ashley Williams and Ramiro Funes Mori with the pair in the heart of their defence while Phil Jagielka continues to fall down the pecking order. The lack of defensive back up has alerted Koeman to bolster this position before the start of next season.
