Mark Yeates Joins Vanarama Conference League Side
AFC Fylde have today confirmed the signing of another impressive player with highly rated midfielder Mark Yeates joining the club from Vanarama National League side Eastleigh Football Club.

Yeates has a wealth of experience having made well over 500 senior appearances playing in the Premier League right the way down to the National League. Having had brilliant spells at Watford, Sheffield United, Colchester United and Bradford City, having won promotion to the Sky Bet Championship with Colchester United in 2006.
The midfielder enjoyed a superb season with fellow Vanarama National League play-off contenders Eastleigh, where he has made sixty-six appearances, scoring seven goals for the Spitfires’ in the last two season.
Speaking about signing for AFC Fylde Mark Yeates said, “I think from playing against Fylde the way they try and play football and the whole set up it’s a club going in the right direction, which made me want to sign. My two years at Eastleigh have been very productive but with the signings that have been made at Fylde I’d like to think I can help people put the ball in the back of the net.”
