Guiseley Loan Keeper Returns To Bradford City

George Sykes-Kenworthy Returns to Valley Parade

Guiseley AFC have this morning confirmed that goalkeeper George Sykes-Kenworthy has returned to Bradford City after his loan contract expired. George made nine Vanarama National League North appearances for the Lions as well as featuring in a number of the clubs pre-season games including the match against his parent club Bradford City.

Guiseley joint manager Russ O’Neil had the following to say regarding the loan, “George had a real positive loan with us, however his loan agreement was that he could be called back at any point by Bradford City if an injury occurred to their first choice goal keeper. Bradford City manager Gary Bowyer was outstanding with us in his honesty about the situation and we thank Gary and George immensely”
