Scott Wilson Joins Blyth Spartans In Vanarama National League (North)
Burnley Football Club have confirmed that defender Scott Wilson is the latest young Claret to be loaned out in this transfer window as he joins Vanarama National League North side Blyth Spartans on loan until the end of the season.

Scott Wilson links up with the North-East outfit that is currently managed by Lee Clark the former Newcastle United, Huddersfield Town, Birmingham City and Blackpool boss who is looking to strengthen his squad to aid their fight against the drop.
The left-sided central defender who is twenty next week, will get the chance to add more first-team experience to his CV at Croft Park, following a loan spell at Stalybridge Celtic last season.
Wilson, could make his Blyth Spartans debut at Kidderminster Harriers on Saturday returned to Turf Moor last summer and signed his first professional contract with the Clarets. He has since been a regular starter in the U23’s helping them to the top of the Professional Development League (Northern Division).
Wilson’s move follows those of U23 team-mates Christian N’Guessan (Oldham Athletic) Ryan Cooney and Adam Phillips (Morecambe) as the Clarets look to gain first-team experience for as many of their young players as possible.
