Adam Smith Returns to Steeton AFC Management Team
Steeton AFC have this morning confirmed that former assistant manager Adam Smith has rejoined the club as part of the management team for the coming 2020-21 season. He will work alongside manager Roy Mason, assistant manager Brian Blackwell in a coaching role.

After spending many successful seasons at Steeton, Adam decided early into last season to step down from his role as assistant manager for personal reasons. Having continued to support the club last season he was often seen down at Cougar Park on a matchday. Whilst his business Steeton Grove Autocare was one of the club’s main sponsors.
Speaking about rejoining the club Adam smith said, “After being away for the best part of last season, I have had a bit of time away from the game to do other things and also had a bit of time to consider things. I’ve missed the club and the matchday involvement and being on the training ground. When I spoke to Roy last week I thought that the time was right and I look forward to getting back to working with Roy, Brian and Pete and helping push the club forward. I’m hoping that with a couple of playing additions we can look forward to a successful season.”
