Clarets Reject £20M Offer From West Ham United

James Tarkowski Interesting David Moyes

Burnley Football Club have turned down an initial offer of £20M plus huge add ons from West Ham United for England International defender James Tarkowski. The Hammers are expected to return with an improved offer as David Moyes determined to get his man.

Tarkowski joined Burnley for an initial £3m from Brentford in January 2016 and has gone on to earn two England International caps under Gareth Southgate in 2018. Sean Dyche would be loathe to lose one of his Crown Jewels, who would certainly demand a few in excess of the club record sale of Michael Keane to Everton for £25m in 2017.
