Premier League Rivals Scouting Clarets Midfielder

Clarets Battle To Hold Onto Midfielder Josh Brownhill

Burnley Football Club are facing a battle this summer to hang onto their midfielder and latest recuit Josh Brownhill, after a hugely impressive campaign. The twenty-five year old arrived at Turf Moor last January from Sky Bet Championship side Bristol City and he has become a key player under Sean Dyche.

The dynamic midfielder has adapted very well to life in the Premier League, having been on the books at Manchester United before joining Bristol City. Now we understand that a number of Clarets Premier League rivals are taking a keen interest in his progress.

Reports in TeamTalk suggest that Wolverhampton Wanderers, Southampton, Aston Villa, Crystal Palace and West Ham United have all sent scouts in recent weeks and months to watch Josh Brownhill with the Clarets just four points away from the relegation zone.
