Clarets Sign Jordan Beyer From Borussia Monchengladbach
Burnley Football Club have this evening confirmed the signing of Jordan Beyer on a season-long loan from Bundesliga side Borussia Mönchengladbach. The young defender who can operate as a centre-back and a right-back, leaves Borussia Mönchengladbach for the 2022/23 campaign, where he has spent the last seven seasons.

Beyer spent the second half of the 2019/20 season on loan at Hamburg, with this spell now being his second away from the Club. The Kempen-born defender has also played for Germany from U15 to U21 level.
After joining the Clarets, Beyer said, “As soon as i heard of the interest in the deal, i drove straight to the airport, I just wanted to get here straight away. I am just so happy it has all worked out and it’s all done, I can’t wait, honestly.”
Manager Vincent Kompany said, “We would like to thank Borussia Mönchengladbach for allowing us to take Jordan on loan for the season. He’s a centre-back with speed and quality on the ball, that has been educated at one of the finest academy’s in Europe.”
