Sean Dyche Interested in Ivan Strinic
According to Corriere dello Sport both Burnley and West Bromwich Albion are interested in Croatian left-back Ivan Strinic, who is surplus to requirements at Napoli. The players agent has indicated that the two Premier League clubs would be willing to part with up to £7.5million for the defender.
Strinic is down the pecking order at the Stadio San Paolo after Napoli signed Mario Rui on loan from Roma to back up first-choice left-back Faouzi Ghoulam. The ex-Hajduk Split and Dnipro defender made 12 Serie A appearances last season, scored two goals.
Although he does have two years left on his contract at Napoli, it seems unlikely that any club would pay £7.5million for his services right now, with Galatasaray reported to be offering less than half that amount earlier this summer.
