Clarets Interested In Nimes Midfielder Savanier
According to reports in the L’EQUIPE LE MONDE (French Football Paper), Burnley are showing interest in Nimes Olympique centre midfielder Teji Savanier, who is valued at around 10 Million Euros. Savanier has scored two goals and supplied five assists so far in thirteen Ligue 1 games this season.
Born in Montpellier, Savanier signed for his hometown club in 2008 and went on to make 29 appearances, scoing 7 goals in three seasons. In the summer of 2011 he moved to Arles-Avignon Football Club where he spent four seasons making 105 appearances, scoring 7 goals. He then made the move to his current club Nimes Olympique where he has made 92 appearances, scoring 15 goals from midfield.
