Bradford City Defender Joins Crawley Town

Crawley Town Sign Romain Vincelot

Crawley Town have today confirmed the signing of defender Romain Vincelot on a two year contract from Sky Bet League One club Bradford City.  Born in France, he began his career at Chamois Niortais before signing for Dagenham & Redbridge in the UK.


The experienced defender, who can also play in midfield, had spells with Brighton & Hove Albion and Gillingham before joining Leyton Orient in 2013 where he made over 80 appearances. He signed for Bradford City in 2016 and went onto make 77 appearances for the Bantams whilst also captained the club.

Speaking about the signing Head Coach Harry Kewell said, “I’ am really looking forward to working with Romain and he is looking forward to a new challenge here at Crawley.”
